Product overview

The Saucony Guide 19 is a stability daily trainer that delivers gentle, natural support without feeling corrective. Its reformulated PWRRUN midsole is softer and livelier than before, and Saucony's CenterPath Technology works with a very wide base and SpeedRoll rocker geometry to quietly guide the stride and slow overpronation. An updated engineered mesh upper adds softness through the plush heel collar and tongue, while extra XT-900 outsole rubber improves durability over previous versions. With a 35 mm heel stack and a 6 mm drop, it's an ideal everyday option for easy and long runs, recovery days and all-day comfort, best suited to mild-to-moderate overpronators. Support type: Stability Heel-to-toe drop: 6 mm Stack height: 35 mm heel / 29 mm forefoot Midsole: Reformulated PWRRUN (compression-molded EVA) Stability: CenterPath Technology + SpeedRoll rocker Outsole: XT-900 rubber Upper: Engineered mesh Approx. weight: 275 g (Men's 9) Surface: Road Best for: Easy runs, long runs, recovery days Sizing Length: True to size Width and toebox: A generous toebox in both width and vertical volume, one of the roomier stability shoes, and potentially too roomy for narrow feet. Medium, wide and extra-wide offered in Men's and Men's. Fit notes: Midfoot lockdown is secure via a straightforward lacing setup and a lightly padded tongue that avoids lace pressure, with more heel-collar padding than the Guide 18. Some find the collar a little low-cut at step-in and need a lacing adjustment, after which there is no heel movement.
